Cantare Montibus, meaning "to sing in the mountains," is an elite Denver-based chamber choir that sings music from all genres and time periods. Priding themselves on their slogan, Cantare Montibus strives to deeply consider each piece they sing, and are diligent in producing beautiful sounds.

Our Story
Lauren was sitting down at a coffee shop after her weekly walk around Harvard Park, where she considered her choral experiences. She thought of everything from what she loved, what she didn't, what she wished their was more of, and why she loved choir. She knew she missed singing in a chamber group with elite singers who truly loved singing music of all kinds. Not just sacred polyphony, not just Eric Whitacre. Everything!
And thus Cantare Montibus was born.
